    • For Siere Munro teaching and coaching are guided from within. Her clarity in leadership and facilitation are delivered with intuitive depth , compassion, and creativity.

    • With more than 20 years of teaching experience, Siere has cultivated an embodied power of knowledge and skill, deeply rooted in a dedicated lifelong movement practice.

    • After many years of eclectic study in healing arts, fitness, dance and visual arts, Siere founded iAm Body.
    • For the past two years, she has focused on developing and teaching iAm Body programs, with an intention of bridging the movement modalities that facilitate mind and body integration, from the science of fitness to expressive arts.

    • Her vision with this work is driven by her dedication to living artfully. Her mission is to help all people discover and rediscover the power of creativity. Siere believes creativity is an innate, essential process; accessible, and beneficial to all people.
    • Siere is a graduate of Tamalpa Institute for Expressive Arts, she holds a Nia Black Belt, a Massage Certification, Soul Motion Certification. She has trained with the Core Energetics Institute of Body-Centered Psychology, National Academy of Sports Medicine and undergraduate studies in Public Health.

    • She currently teaches Nia at Northwest Women’s Fitness Club and has a Fitness Arts Coaching Practice in her home studio.

    • Her coaching clientele includes women, with a focus on creativity and wellness, teenage girls, with a focus on dance, performance, and body image.

    • Siere has produced and directed community dance performances in Portland, OR and has led workshops throughout the US, and the Virgin Islands.
